Senior Analyst, Application Support

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, Application Support based in India.

This is a senior application support role focused on the configuration, administration, development, and ongoing stability of a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining critical HR technology platforms while translating business needs into reliable technical solutions.
The position combines production support, troubleshooting, integrations, enhancements, testing, and platform administration.
You will collaborate closely with product teams, technical stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams to resolve complex issues and deliver improvements.
The role offers significant ownership, including opportunities to lead technical initiatives, support upgrades, and contribute to platform architecture and best practices.
You will also act as a subject matter expert, mentoring colleagues and helping improve the quality, performance, and reliability of the platform.
The position is remote in India, with standard business hours and occasional after-hours support when critical incidents or global coordination require it.
