You will manage and optimize CRM activation across multiple channels, including email, push, SMS, inbox, and WhatsApp.
The role combines advanced CRM expertise with data analysis, campaign execution, and strategic problem-solving.
You will work closely with Martech, Performance, Data Science, e-commerce, retail, and category teams to turn consumer data into actionable insights.
The position offers strong exposure to cross-functional projects and the opportunity to influence both operational execution and strategic decisions.
