This is an entry-level Customer Success opportunity focused on helping new B2B SaaS customers successfully adopt and implement digital solutions.
You will guide clients through onboarding, from understanding their goals to configuring tools and achieving their first meaningful results.
The role combines customer relationship management, project coordination, product enablement, and consultative problem-solving.
You will manage multiple implementation projects while adapting your communication and approach to different customer profiles.
A key focus will be building customer autonomy, encouraging platform adoption, and removing technical or operational barriers.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues and create a smooth customer experience.
