AI Software Engineer

This role will help shape how modern software is designed, developed, tested, and delivered through AI-assisted engineering practices.
You will establish scalable workflows that combine AI-generated code with rigorous human validation, testing, security, and quality controls.
The position blends hands-on software engineering with technical enablement, process design, and organizational transformation.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Applied AI teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining engineering excellence.
A major focus will be developing standards, playbooks, automated validation frameworks, and training programs that enable teams to work effectively with AI.
You will also measure adoption and business impact, continuously improving AI-enabled development practices across multiple teams.
Over time, the role offers an opportunity to expand into broader technical leadership as autonomous development capabilities mature.
