AI Literacy Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Literacy Manager based in the United States.

This is a strategic role focused on building AI fluency, confidence, and responsible adoption across a large global organization. You will lead enterprise-wide AI literacy programs that help employees understand foundational AI concepts and apply them effectively in their daily work. The role combines learning and development, change management, program leadership, communications, and hands-on AI enablement. You will partner with technology, product, communications, responsible AI, and functional learning teams to scale impactful education initiatives. From certification programs and learning campaigns to AI symposiums, hackathons, and digital learning events, you will create experiences that drive engagement and measurable adoption.
