AI Experience Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Experience Engineer based in Canada.

This is a full-stack engineering role focused on creating intuitive, trustworthy experiences for AI-powered and agentic systems.
You will own the human-facing layer of AI solutions, connecting data models, backend services, APIs, and polished user interfaces.
Your work will help engineers, analysts, business leaders, and other stakeholders understand, inspect, and interact with autonomous AI systems.
You will shape observability patterns that allow people to review agent behavior and intervene when needed without becoming a bottleneck in every workflow.
The role combines software engineering, UX thinking, design systems, accessibility, and AI product development.
You will contribute reusable components and interaction standards that can support AI assistants, copilots, and future enterprise AI capabilities.
