You will design and implement a long-term caselaw roadmap that responds to market demands and customer needs. Accountabilities

• Develop strategies for AI-assisted caselaw collection and enhancement content generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute AI content optimization.
• Oversee AI solutions integration for seamless global deployment across North America, UK, and Asia.
• Define content standards and guidelines for AI-generated research materials.
• Aid in designing AI models tailored for diverse legal systems and languages.
• Estimate resource needs and lead the evaluation of AI content output over time.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to internal teams and senior stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of AI-driven tools.
• Implement ongoing optimizations to enhance AI content production efficiency.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in AI and content generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; legal degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in content/publishing, project management, or product development.
• Strong understanding of case law and familiarity with content management systems.
• Experience utilizing AI/automation for content optimization.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.
