Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust automation and AI solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps supporting Trust automation needs.
• Drive the adoption of Automation and AI use cases through effective pilots and scalable implementations.
• Engage proactively with Trust Leadership teams and program managers to prioritize initiatives.
• Establish clear delivery plans based on strategic objectives and collaborate on cross-team initiatives.
• Gather critical feedback from stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance and deployment best practices are met consistently across all workstreams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of proven experience delivering high-quality automation solutions using diverse technologies.
• 5+ years of practical experience with automation tooling, specifically focused on process excellence.
• Direct coding experience coupled with familiarity in multiple programming languages.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects and successfully leading teams.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, consistently on time and within scope.
• Experience in effectively communicating program health and facilitating on-time results.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to business leaders.
