Advisor Compensation Analyst

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the accurate and efficient administration of variable compensation for financial advisors. You will manage semi-monthly compensation cycles, analyze payment data, and maintain systems that support accurate calculations and timely payments. The position combines accounting, compensation analysis, reporting, systems administration, and process improvement in a collaborative environment. You will also support the integration of new advisor teams and help ensure compensation arrangements are accurately reflected in internal systems. The role involves direct interaction with advisors and cross-functional partners, requiring strong judgment, communication, and attention to detail.
