This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on strengthening global business operations, process governance, and compliance across a complex, highly regulated environment. You will shape operational risk frameworks, governance standards, and scalable processes supporting both B2B and B2C operations. The role has broad cross-functional visibility, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Technology, Product, and Analytics teams. You will lead transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance customer outcomes. Working across multiple geographies and time zones, you will establish best practices and drive measurable operational improvements.
