Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote, full-time leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting professional ready to take ownership of a growing construction and roofing business's financial operations. You will oversee the full accounting cycle while providing financial insight that supports important business decisions. The role combines hands-on accounting expertise with responsibility for job costing, revenue recognition, financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement. You will work across residential, commercial, and federally funded projects, managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. The position also offers the opportunity to strengthen controls, optimize accounting technology, and contribute to the development of the wider finance function.
