Role Responsibilities
You will lead a cross-functional team focused on designing and delivering a financial incentive platform that rewards patients for choosing top-performing providers. The role involves shaping the roadmap for patient-facing applications, adjudication systems, and operational tools.
- Lead the Claims team for a seamless financial incentive experience.
- Own the claims roadmap including apps, systems, and integrations.
- Manage product and operational tools across multiple teams.
- Drive feature development end-to-end from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to meet healthcare and financial goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The candidate should have 5+ years in product management ideally in healthcare, finance, or technology. You should possess strong autonomy, deep analytical skills, and exceptional communication skills with a passion for improving healthcare systems.
Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a comprehensive compensation package including a target salary range of $237,000 – $245,000 plus equity incentives, flexible PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and telehealth services.
