This role offers the opportunity to lead the development and optimization of innovative healthcare solutions that enhance clinical decision-making and operational efficiency.

You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key products, with a particular focus on API-driven integrations for payers, providers, and partners. The ideal candidate will combine healthcare expertise with strong technical and product management skills and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Accountabilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, clinical, marketing) through the full product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Translate clinical and business requirements into API specifications and user stories.
• Ensure APIs are scalable, secure (HIPAA, HITRUST) and easy to integrate.
• Define API packaging, pricing, licensing models and monitor key performance indicators.
• Act as the voice of the customer ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to support go-to-market efforts and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology.
• Proven track record in agile environments, especially with revenue-generating API products.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, developer portals, OAuth2, and API management platforms.
• Experience with financial investment cases and revenue models.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, proficiency in tools like Jira, Aha!, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms is a plus.
