Product Manager, Data Platform

This role offers an opportunity for an experienced product professional to drive the strategy and execution of a robust data platform that supports analytical, clinical, and business intelligence needs.
Role Overview
You will collaborate with engineering, AI/ML, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and fit for purpose. Key responsibilities include defining strategic data stores, implementing data governance practices, and creating tools for data-informed decision making.
Accountabilities
- Define, deliver, and own strategic data stores for multiple use cases.
- Establish requirements for patient and operational data management.
- Champion data quality and stewardship best practices.
- Collaborate with technology teams on data contracts and pipeline reliability.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries to standardize definitions.
- Enforce data governance practices including lineage and access controls.
- Act as a platform evangelist to promote trusted data assets.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- 2+ years focused on data platforms or analytics.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data, cloud platforms, data warehousing, ETL processes, dashboards, and predictive analytics.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, AI/ML, and analytics teams.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like JIRA and Trello.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Preferred: SaaS experience, AI/ML knowledge, product management certifications, and familiarity with HIPAA or NCQA standards.
