Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors, Sr. Supervisors, and Assistant Managers.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to meet client and organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Account and Workforce Management teams on staffing and profitability.
  • Oversee enhancements to client programs and quality initiatives.
  • Conduct client visits and performance review meetings providing recommendations.
  • Promote teamwork and professional growth while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
  • 4+ years in customer service/call center; 3+ years in management.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with phone systems, reporting tools, and other technologies.
  • Solid operational and financial acumen with budgeting experience.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Experience managing multiple sites and complex workflows.
