Key Responsibilities
- Translate partner priorities and Statements of Work into actionable annual plans.
- Document planning processes, meeting notes, and project updates.
- Organize, facilitate, and lead cross-functional planning meetings.
- Build and manage project plans using project management systems.
- Monitor team capacity, resources, and project statuses.
- Develop playbooks, templates, and best practices to streamline planning.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and optimizing processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years relevant experience in marketing planning or project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools like Wrike, Asana, etc.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other collaboration tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace for remote meetings.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year.
