This role offers an opportunity to design, implement, and maintain advanced cloud infrastructure for high-profile clients including hedge funds and investment firms. The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic input to influence architecture, onboarding, and operational processes.

Key Accountabilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and optimize complex cloud-related issues ensuring high availability and performance.
• Support onboarding of large clients with tailored cloud solutions.
• Act as a technical escalation point for advanced cloud issues.
• Collaborate with sales and professional services teams during pre-sales and client engagements.
• Contribute to the architecture, design, and productization of cloud solutions.
• Conduct research, implement best practices, and maintain documentation.
• Maintain relationships with key technology partners including Microsoft and Amazon.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of IT experience, or 8 years IT experience with 2–4 years in cloud roles. Proficiency in Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments is essential. Candidates must have strong network and connectivity skills including VPNs and hybrid network configurations, and experience in designing cloud solutions. Active certifications in Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 are highly desirable. Preferred candidates will have infrastructure design expertise, finance or alternative investment knowledge, as well as experience with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
