The Team

The Sales Engineering team enhances our Go-to-Market motion by building scalable internal products. Leveraging AI to automate sales workflows, the team partners with Sales and Revenue Operations to deliver high-impact solutions that optimize engagement and conversion.

The Role

Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you will own key product areas within Jobber’s internal GTM platform. Your focus will be on AI-powered sales automation, lead enrichment, and performance optimization. This role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership to define and execute a roadmap that drives both short-term wins and long-term innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development for AI-powered sales automation.
  • Own product discovery and delivery from strategy to execution.
  • Define and execute a roadmap to improve sales performance.
  • Monitor and report initiative performance to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to prioritize key strategies.

Qualifications

  • Product management experience in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Successful track record in delivering scalable products.
  • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS sales dynamics and GTM workflows.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.

Highly Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience with LLM-powered products and AI evaluations.

Compensation & Benefits

A competitive compensation package includes a base salary with transparent ranges (minimum $125,800, midpoint $147,900, maximum $170,100), equity rewards, extended health benefits, retirement matching, and additional perks like wellness stipends and a robust talent development program.
