Are you a dynamic product manager with a passion for impacting small businesses? Jobber is looking for a Product Manager II to join our Automations team. The Team
The Automations team owns Jobber’s automation platform which is designed to help customers automate repetitive tasks such as sending invoice reminders and routing new quote requests. The team is scaling the platform to handle millions of actions and is partnering with AI teams to unlock smarter workflows.
The Role
Reporting to the Director, Product Management, the Product Manager II will shape the vision and strategy for automating key processes. You will set the roadmap, prioritize features, balance quick wins with strategic initiatives, and leverage AI to create personalized experiences. Working closely with multiple teams and senior leadership, your efforts will directly impact revenue, engagement, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of small business customers.
- Define and implement Jobber’s Automation Strategy.
- Set and manage the Automations roadmap with clear priorities.
- Leverage AI for dynamic, personalized product features.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to launch and scale innovations.
- Monitor product metrics and adjust strategy to meet goals.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have product management experience in a SAAS environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and expertise in automations, workflows, or AI products. Experience in cross-functional collaboration and driving initiatives with autonomy is essential.
