The Team
The Revenue Operations team unifies people, processes, technology, and data to craft a high-performance go-to-market engine. We are strategists, operators, and technologists devoted to building scalable, buyer-centric revenue journeys.
The Role: Principal Revenue Operations Manager
This role is a blend of strategist, builder, and innovator. The successful candidate will lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, scale GTM systems, and deploy advanced AI and automation tactics. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and focus initially on top-of-funnel and AI portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Drive GTM structure, sales execution, and forecasting.
- GTM Innovation & Experimentation: Architect and scale outbound lead generation experiments using AI and automation tools.
- Technical Systems & Enablement: Oversee CRM, marketing automation, and API integrations while leading transformation of revenue tech stacks.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and lead critical initiatives across departments.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge in Revenue Operations or GTM functions.
- Strong background in lead generation or sales roles.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM strategy and tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and AI systems.
- Experience with webhooks, APIs, automation frameworks, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with SQL and optionally Python or JavaScript for automation.
Bonus Experience
- Hands-on experience with tools like REGAL, Retell, CrewAI, and Vapi.
- Proven track record running experimental initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Work Arrangement & Location
You may work from either our Edmonton or Toronto offices or remotely anywhere in Canada.
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from a minimum of $151,200 to a maximum of $204,500, with most hires starting near the midpoint of $177,900. This package is complemented by equity rewards, comprehensive benefits, and additional perks.
