The Role
Reporting to the Manager, People & Planning, the People Business Partner is a strategic partner to business units. You will collaborate with leaders to provide coaching, manage complex employee issues, drive performance, and develop new people solutions including program development, change management, leave administration, and people data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and advisory support for complex employee issues.
- Develop and implement new people programs and solutions.
- Review and analyze people data to drive strategic decisions.
- Support performance, compensation, organizational design, and recruitment.
- Collaborate in strategic planning within the People team.
Compensation & Benefits
The role offers a transparent compensation structure starting at a minimum of $98,300, with a midpoint of $115,700 and a maximum of $133,100. In addition, Jobber provides equity rewards, health benefits, retirement matching, and various wellness stipends. The compensation package is designed to support professional growth with dedicated coaching and career development programs.
