Virtual Case Manager - Job Duck

Job Duck is seeking a motivated and empathetic Virtual Case Manager to join our team. Role Overview

As a Bilingual Case Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients navigating personal injury cases. You will guide them through each stage, ensuring they feel informed and supported. Your responsibilities include client communication, coordinating with medical providers and insurance companies, and meticulous case documentation. This position requires a proactive approach, a blend of compassion and assertiveness, and a strong focus on follow-up.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST (USA)

Responsibilities:

  • Verifying insurance coverage details and updating internal case files accurately.
  • Updating attorneys and paralegals on case progress, issues, and findings.
  • Sending letters of representation and supporting post-intake case development.
  • Managing medical provider billing for accuracy and proper processing.
  • Handling documentation, maintaining organized case files, and following up on missing records.
  • Requesting, tracking, and following up on medical records from healthcare providers.
  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates.
