Role Overview

As a Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering high-impact learning and development programs. This role is perfect for an organized individual who excels at managing end-to-end program execution, coordinating multiple components, and ensuring a high-quality participant experience. You will collaborate with trainers, facilitators, and internal stakeholders, handling communications, scheduling, tracking, and driving continuous improvement. Your contributions will directly enhance engagement, completion rates, and the overall value of our training initiatives. Success in this position requires exceptional organization, adaptability, and accountability in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Own ticket tracking and resolution workflows using Zendesk.
  • Manage participant-facing communications including reminders and updates.
  • Maintain course and subject catalogs for relevance and industry alignment.
  • Ensure clarity on program expectations, time commitments, and value.
  • Monitor program performance metrics (participation, completion, engagement) and take corrective actions.
  • Oversee the full execution of staff training and development programs.
  • Review feedback and data to identify operational improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to capture and evaluate program impact.
  • Track and maintain accurate data on participant enrollment, attendance, completion, and progression.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least five years of experience in similar roles.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Experience coordinating programs, training initiatives, or learning operations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable transitioning processes from manual to automated environments.
  • Preferrable: Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar.
  • Preferrable: Certification in Training, Facilitation and/or Learning and Development.
  • Reliable computer setup with a stable internet connection (min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
  • Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)
