Role Overview
As a Program Coordinator at Job Duck, you will play a key role in delivering high impact learning and development programs that shape the experience and success of our staffers and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning programs end to end, coordinating moving parts, and ensuring every detail contributes to a consistent, high quality experience. You will work cross functionally with trainers, facilitators, and internal stakeholders to manage communications, scheduling, tracking, and continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence engagement, completion, and the overall value of our training initiatives. This position thrives on organization, adaptability, and a strong sense of accountability in a fast paced environment.
Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Owning ticket tracking and resolution workflows using Zendesk, ensuring timely follow-up and visibility
- Managing participant-facing communications such as reminders, updates, and program information
- Maintaining course and subject catalogs to ensure content remains relevant and industry-aligned
- Ensuring clarity around program expectations, time commitments, and value for participants
- Monitoring program performance metrics such as participation, completion, and engagement, and taking corrective action when goals are not met
- Owning and overseeing the full execution of staff training and development programs, including communication, scheduling, coordination, and session delivery
- Reviewing feedback and performance data to identify operational improvements and automation opportunities
- Coordinating with internal teams to capture and evaluate program impact and value proposition
- Tracking and maintaining accurate data related to participant enrollment, attendance, completion, and progression
What We’re Looking For:
- At least five years of experience in similar roles.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be comfortable working with distributed teams
- Experience coordinating programs, training initiatives, or learning operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and follow through
- Comfortable transitioning processes from manual to automated environments
- Preferrable: Bachelor's in Business Administration or similar.
- Preferrable: Certification in Training, Facilitation and/or Learning and Development.
- Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
- Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
