The standard schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST (USA).
Key Responsibilities
- Notify the Document Coordinator of high-priority documentation updates.
- Perform value assessments on core business processes.
- Attend leadership meetings to evaluate and improve interdepartmental workflows.
- Employ diverse research and process-mapping techniques to accurately capture and represent business processes.
- Collaborate with the UX Research Specialist to identify and propose automation opportunities.
- Provide drafted policies and procedures to the Document Coordinator.
- Follow up with users and subject matter experts after process changes to ensure adoption and assess their impact.
- Participate weekly in Process Analysis Team L10 meetings, Knowledge Management Division L10 meetings, and process catch-ups.
- Participate quarterly in process planning and cross-company process sharing initiatives.
- Deliver diagrams to the SharePoint Specialist for publication.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to generate innovative workflow solutions.
- Understand and map high-level interdependencies, identify blockers, and recommend solutions in collaboration with IT and Business Data teams.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence Analysts and System Administrators to drive significant workflow improvements.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives and assigned project squads.
- Review and analyze departmental processes on an ongoing basis, proposing continuous improvements.
- Create squad documentation and coordinate with the Document Coordinator on document updates.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of experience as a Process Analyst.
- Proficiency in various process mapping techniques, process improvement methodologies, and organizational documentation.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability in documentation production.
- Assertive communication style.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Skills in persuasion and negotiation.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload).
