About the Programme
Joining our world class Brand Design team, you will focus on creating bold brand-consistent design solutions across our four brands at JLR - Range Rover, Jaguar, Defender and Discovery. You’ll support the creation of engaging visual communication across a variety of touchpoints including brand campaigns, digital platforms, event assets, presentations, internal communications, and product storytelling content.
During this programme, you will receive training and guidance in industry-standard creative tools and brand systems. You’ll gain experience working within established brand guidelines while also helping to develop new creative ideas and concepts, ensuring every output reflects world-class design quality and attention to detail.
As you deliver both brand and product-focused creative assets, you will work on everything from concept development and layout design through to artwork production and final delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, quickly developing into a confident and well-rounded graphic designer with experience across multiple premium brands.
What You'll Need
- You will need to be on track to achieve at least a 2.2 degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Brand Design, Digital Design, Advertising/Communication Design, or a related creative discipline.
- You have a solid foundation and skillset in Graphic Design with an additional skillset across Motion, 3D being advantageous.
- You will have a real passion for crafting high-quality design work, with strong attention to detail and a desire to understand how design can solve business challenges.
- You’ll be curious, collaborative, and confident presenting ideas, while also being open to feedback and keen to continuously improve your creative output.
- Please note that our undergraduate placement opportunities are open only to penultimate-year students (those who will be returning to their final year of study or on an integrated master’s after their placement with us). All our undergraduate programmes have a fixed start date, commencing 6th July 2026.
