Job Description
About the role
We're looking for an Experience Coordinator to manage daily operations and employee experience at our Sydney office for a leading AI research and deployment client. You will be the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and partners while overseeing workplace operations in partnership with our building management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors.
- Conduct daily office walkthroughs to ensure a clean, safe, and well-stocked environment.
- Manage office supplies, mail, shipping, and inventory.
- Handle employee requests via Jira ticketing system and coordinate with vendors.
- Plan and execute on-site and remote events including space booking, AV setup, guest management, and catering coordination.
- Oversee meeting rooms and manage calendar conflicts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and building partners for daily services.
- Maintain strong relationships with building management teams for facilities needs.
- Support workplace programs and act as a culture ambassador.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding including desk setup and office tours.
- Engage with staff for workplace feedback and resolve requests independently.
Skills Required
- Experience in office coordination, hospitality, facilities, or workplace operations.
- Strong operational mindset with a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with Jira or help desk platforms.
- Proactive, positive, and solutions-oriented attitude in fast-paced environments.
