About the Role

Reporting to Senior Director – Fixed Asset Service, Real Estate Valuation at JLL, the Valuation Manager is responsible for leading valuation projects and preparing comprehensive real estate valuation and forecasting models.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead valuation projects and conduct site inspections.
  • Prepare real estate valuation and forecasting models.
  • Compile valuation reports and market studies.
  • Conduct data analysis and independent research.
  • Assist in real estate advisory projects including investment analysis and market research.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture Engineering, Maths and Statistics or related disciplines. Membership or candidacy in CPV (中国资产评估师) or CREA(中国房地产评估师) is preferred along with at least 8 years of property valuation experience.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in data analysis tools, financial modeling, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. You should be responsible, possess strong integrity, display excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, and have a keen interest in technology and learning.
