About the Role: Solutions and Proposals Assistant Manager

The Solutions and Proposals Assistant Manager at JLL partners with key Corporate Solutions stakeholders to execute strategic sales opportunities. This includes prospecting, RFI, RFP, presentations, and contracting. You will work across different teams, requiring a blend of skills including being a team player, adept at meeting deadlines, innovative, creative, and proficient in MS Office products. Strong coordination, time, and people management are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for proposals and client presentations.
  • Partner with sales leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing to craft tailored, competitive solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead, Pricing Manager, and other team members to create and sell differentiated solutions.
  • Participate in the Sales Enablement Team to share best practices globally.
  • Question and probe proposed solutions to refine client offerings.

Bid Process Management:

Take control of all aspects of the bid process, including proposal development, bid clarifications, and presentations. Create bespoke and innovative strategies and value propositions, coordinating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts for accuracy in content and pricing. Build creative and engaging presentations with strong proposal writing skills.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least five years of experience in Solution Development, Bid Management, and/or Real Estate industries.
  • A background in operations or service lines is advantageous.
  • Effective communication (written and verbal) with strong influencing skills, particularly at a senior level.
  • Proven track record of developing solutions strategies.
  • Experience in strategic sales, business development, and internal relationship management within a Corporate Real Estate environment.
  • Experience influencing corporate decision-makers regarding property portfolio management and deployment.
  • Corporate Real Estate expertise gained from facilities, projects, or transaction environments.
  • Proficiency in key MS Office products.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Innovative and creative thinking for designing winning opportunity strategies and collateral.
