Overview
The People Experience Partner at JLL acts as a local delivery expert of JLL’s global HR strategy. This role ensures local policies align with global practices while cultivating an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Anticipate and address issues with innovative, sustainable solutions
- Deliver exceptional employee experience during key lifecycle moments
- Lead or participate in projects impacting overall business performance
- Manage employee relations situations and performance management
- Provide consultation and training to business stakeholders
- Support employee transitions, expansion, and stabilization
- Cultivate strong relationships as a primary local HR touchpoint
- Drive efficiencies in the employee lifecycle handoffs
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have 5+ years of Human Resources experience including managing employee relations, hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and have demonstrated experience in a remote, matrixed, geographically distributed organization.
