Overview
Join JLL as a Business Support Analyst. In this role, you will work on a Work Dynamics major Financial Service Account providing first level technical support and administrative assistance. This position involves in-depth understanding of client business policies, routine technical support, data management, and business process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of client’s business, strategies, and procedures.
- Provide routine technical support and problem solving for tools.
- Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Perform data cleanup, validation, and governance support.
- Maintain master lists, databases, and administer SharePoint sites.
- Assist in internal administrative tasks and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tools and process improvements.
- Meet short deadlines and support account operations as assigned.
Required Experience & Qualifications
1-2 years in customer service or support, effective communication skills, strong data entry abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required. A college degree is a plus.
Work Hours & Reporting
This role is part of a 24x7x365 support team. It involves non-traditional shifts including weekend work, although hours typically do not exceed 40 per week. You will report to the Regional Business Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager and have dotted line reporting to the Work Order Management Lead in NAMR.
Work Location
The role is based at the client office in Manila, with potential for work-from-home on weekend shifts.
