Responsibilities
As a Sales Client Care Specialist (BDC Sales Representative), you will:
- Respond to Internet and phone inquiries
- Field inbound calls and process high volume emails
- Secure and set sales appointments
- Execute proactive marketing campaigns using our database
- Direct customers to product information resources online
Requirements
- Automotive experience preferred; training provided
- Self-motivated, energetic, and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid in-state driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication skills and customer service experience (call centers a plus)
- Must pass background checks, MVR, and drug screening
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
