Role Overview

As the Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of senior product managers, participate in building company strategy, and drive product execution for our platform products at JFrog. This role requires strategic influence, operational excellence, and a customer-focused mindset to shape the future of our platform through data-driven, customer-loved solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior product managers
  • Define and drive the strategic vision for your product area
  • Utilize customer feedback, market research, UX studies and usage metrics to iterate product decisions
  • Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional product leaders
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners
  • Continuously assess business priorities, define milestones, and identify risks and opportunities for growth

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • 4+ years of direct management of product managers
  • 6+ years of product management experience in a tech company
  • Experience with wide-scale products and collaboration with other product groups
  • Expertise in UI/UX research and design
  • Technical experience in Engineering, DevOps, SRE, and Tech Support is an advantage
  • Data-driven decision-making with a passion for customer-centric products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
