The Opportunity: AI Solutions Expert

Join JFrog's CIO Architect team as an AI Solutions Expert and actively shape the future of artificial intelligence within our enterprise. In this pivotal, hands-on role, you will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI applications. Your mission will be to evaluate and deliver cutting-edge AI solutions to JFrog employees and teams across the organization. You will spearhead AI solution projects from initial concept and requirements gathering through execution and widespread adoption, serving as the central point of contact between business, IT, and Data teams. Staying at the forefront of the latest AI technologies will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and opportunities where GenAI and AI Agents can provide tangible, measurable value.
• Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI-driven applications and Autonomous Agents, rapidly transitioning from initial concept and technical feasibility to full enterprise-grade production roll-outs.
• Conduct technical audits of emerging AI technologies, leading "Build vs. Buy" analyses to ensure global scalability, security, and measurable value to the organization.
• Design and deliver training and enablement sessions for both technical and non-technical teams, fostering a culture of AI literacy and ensuring effective utilization of new tools.
• Build and continuously evolve the Enterprise AI technology stack, scouting and integrating next-generation platforms, LLM orchestration tools, and agentic frameworks.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between IS, IT, Legal, and Data teams to ensure AI solutions are securely integrated and compliant with enterprise standards.
• Own the long-term roadmap and administration of enterprise AI platforms, driving continuous solution adoption, impact measurement, and performance optimization across the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Deep understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and fine-tuning strategies.
• Hands-on experience developing Agentic workflows using frameworks like Google ADK, AgentCore, n8n, or Workato to build autonomous agentic solutions.
• Full-stack Web development expertise with proven mastery of coding agents tools and best practices.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing secure integration patterns, including deep experience with RESTful APIs, JSON data modeling, modern authentication (OAuth 2.0/OIDC), and emerging standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience in business applications development/implementation, particularly Salesforce core, Salesforce data cloud, and Agentforce (advantageous).
• Proven knowledge of customer support, sales, and marketing processes and business technology.
• Demonstrated project management skills and a strong product management mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to conduct effective training and enablement sessions.
• Creative and innovative thinking, with a strong focus on business impact, value creation, and the ability to execute and adapt quickly.
