Role: Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Specialist will provide customer service to both new and existing customers. This role offers growth opportunities in Account Management & Sales and involves working under general supervision via phone, email, or in person.

Essential Functions

  • Maintain required order documentation and enter account order details into the system.
  • Coordinate logistics and communicate regularly with customers, sales staff, warehouse, and administrative teams.
  • Take order requests via phone, email, or in person ensuring product availability.
  • Answer customer inquiries and modify orders as needed.
  • Assist the sales team with quote creation and manage weekly operations calls and meeting spreadsheets.
  • Work with customers and AR to process deposits and additional payments.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Learn and understand JF Petroleum Group products, services, and procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Basic math and computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
