Position Summary

The Analyst Content Performance and Optimization plays a vital role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing the performance of JetBlue’s e-commerce content and merchandising experiences. This includes tracking key performance indicators such as conversion rate, traffic optimization, upsell/cross-sell performance, referral traffic, average order value (AOV), and basket size. The role focuses on identifying effective content, optimization needs, and user interactions on JetBlue.com and the mobile app.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics across multiple dimensions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor engagement and content funnel metrics.
  • Deliver performance analysis for content changes, promotions, and SEO efforts.
  • Manage tagging requirements with analytics, media, and engineering teams.
  • Conduct user behavior analysis using tools like GA4 and FullStory.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing by designing measurement frameworks.
  • Develop content tagging logic and document metadata structures.
  • Benchmark performance against key competitors.
  • Explore AI applications in content performance optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent experience with minimum one year in digital analytics, e-commerce performance or content optimization. Proficiency with GA4, Tableau/Looker, SQL, and Excel. Experience with behavioral analysis tools and understanding of web tagging, pixel management, and data attribution models.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in content/web performance analytics for e-commerce, UX or growth teams, familiarity with personalization testing, SEO and content metadata optimization, and some exposure to AI-based analytics tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range between $64,350.00 and $89,600.00 per year with additional benefits including healthcare, 401(k), stock purchase plan, travel benefits, and more.
