Who is Jet HR?

Jet HR is a startup founded in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Marco Ogliengo and Francesco Scalambrino, who previously built successful HR software for "unicorn" companies.

The company has secured significant funding, including the largest pre-seed round in Italy (€4.7M), a seed round at €12M, and a new €25M round in June 2025, led by US VC Base10 for their first Italian operation.

Jet HR's mission is to eliminate bureaucracy from doing business in Italy, which is a recognized factor for economic stagnation. They aim to simplify and automate the entire administrative area for Italian SMEs with a unique platform, aspiring to become the default solution for back-office management in Italy.

Jet HR deeply dislikes bureaucracy and is committed to eradicating it.

Who are we looking for?

Jet HR is seeking a Content Creator to produce content, primarily videos, to tell the story of Jet HR across all available platforms. This is a high-impact position where you will be responsible for script, shooting, animation, and editing, overseeing both creative proposals and output quality.

Currently, videos constitute 90% of assets for paid campaigns and a large part of organic content. Jet HR is looking for someone to significantly increase and enhance their content production.

What will you do as a Content Creator?

• Total Ownership: You will be 100% responsible for video production for paid campaigns and organic channels, from idea and script to shooting, editing, and motion design.
• Out-of-the-Box Creativity: Beyond current TikTok trends, you will define the language for all video content, adapting it to different audiences, channels, and objectives.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You will not just identify problems but actively find solutions. Your work extends beyond delivery to testing, understanding, scaling, optimizing, and analyzing results.
• Protagonist of the Story: Eager to grow and make an impact, you are willing to put in the effort and literally "put your face" on the content.
• Future-Oriented: You view AI not as a threat to creativity but as a tool to achieve 100x efficiency smartly, excited to lead change in your field.

• Competitive Salary: €25,000 for a junior profile - €35,000 for a mid-level profile (RAL).
