• Own Entity Compliance: Serve as the primary point person for ensuring all corporate entities maintain "Good Standing" across the US and Canada, independently managing all reports and state requests.
• Protect the Brand: Actively monitor Jerry's trademark presence and proactively identify infringements, taking responsibility for drafting and initiating cease-and-desist workflows.
• Run Tight Audits: Lead critical compliance audits for sales calls, marketing opt-outs, and DNC registries, striving to exceed consumer protection standards.
• Automate Everything: Leverage AI and low-code tools to transform manual legal tasks into efficient, scalable workflows, with the ultimate goal of building self-sufficient systems.
• Direct VA Operations: Oversee offshore Virtual Assistant (VA) teams to guarantee flawless execution of agent licensing and compliance tasks.
