Join Jerry.ai, America's first super app aiming to radically simplify car ownership. As the Head of Marketplace Automation and Growth, you will scale our core insurance business by optimizing the quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance.

About the Opportunity

Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams. Your focus will be on creating a seamless user experience, ensuring carrier success, and driving improved loss ratios, retention, and conversion metrics. This role is pivotal in scaling from 5M to 50M customers and driving Jerry.ai towards a $10B business.

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • 7+ years of management consulting experience at top firms.
  • Proven track record in hiring and managing high-performing teams.
