The Role

We are hiring an Auto Mechanic Writer to produce clear, accurate, and engaging articles on car repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance topics. This freelance, remote opportunity offers flexible hours with consistent assignments. You will break down complex mechanical concepts into friendly, actionable guidance, ensuring car owners can make smart, confident decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and write articles (800–1,500 words) on repairs, part replacements, and maintenance.
  • Create accurate, easy-to-understand content aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Use reputable automotive sources, manufacturer recommendations, and personal expertise.
  • Deliver approximately 5 new articles or update 10 articles per week.
  • Collaborate with our editorial team via CMS (WordPress or similar).

About You

  • Automotive expertise with ASE-certification or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Writing background with experience in automotive content.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and basic SEO concepts.
  • Excellent communicator who simplifies technical topics.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
