The Opportunity

As a Business Operations Associate, you will drive data-backed decisions across critical initiatives including carrier growth, new product development from 0-1, and operational efficiency improvements. Leverage advanced machine learning models and partner with diverse teams to deliver measurable impact.

Your Impact

  • Integrate customer insights into acquisition strategies with marketing, product, and biz development teams.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize business strategies.
  • Identify and test levers to drive scalable user acquisition and partnerships.
  • Automate manual processes for increased operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, 1-3 years of management consulting at firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG or relevant business analysis/operations experience. Proficiency in SQL and data analysis is required.
