About the Opportunity

Jerry is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join our growing team. We reached profitability in early 2024 and have ambitious plans to scale dramatically in the coming years. You will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions across key business initiatives including carrier growth, new product development, and more.

What You Will Do

  • Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform strategy.
  • Define, understand, and test levers that drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and boost operational efficiency.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline.
  • 1-3 years management consulting experience (top firm experience is a plus) or relevant business analysis/operations background.
  • High proficiency in SQL and complex data analysis.
