Job Description
Your Mission
We are looking for a Data Scientist to develop, test, and optimize machine learning models that support business decisions, contributing to both experimentation and production solutions.
What You Will Do
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to assess data quality and patterns in datasets.
- Select, train, and optimize machine learning models.
- Ensure statistical quality of models and robustness of metrics.
- Develop rapid prototypes for use case validation.
- Contribute to model production pipelines.
- Participate in A/B testing, comparing models with current processes.
- Participate in the evolution of AI adoption in business processes.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Practical experience in traditional machine learning and/or generative AI.
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks or platforms like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Vertex AI.
- Experience in real data processing and feature engineering.
- Ability to explain models to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with the Google AI stack is valued.
