Job Description
Reporting to the People Director, you will create impact within our People Operations Team. You will be a key operational support function ensuring smooth processing and management of HR and payroll activities for the UK region. Your role in People Operations Manager will align operational activities with broader agency objectives and drive efficiency across employee lifecycle processes.
- Data Management: Maintain and manage accurate employee data in HR and payroll systems.
- Payroll Inputs & System Management: Process and validate payroll inputs collaborating with payroll providers and finance.
- Operations Queries & Ticketing: Serve as the primary contact for HR, payroll, and benefits inquiries.
- Benefit Administration: Manage employee benefits including enrollments and terminations.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate new hire onboarding and manage exit procedures.
- Freelance & Contractor Administration: Oversee agreements and terminations for contract workers.
- Midcycle Changes: Process promotions, salary adjustments, and job title updates.
- Data Reporting & Compliance: Support audits, reporting and ensure legal compliance.
- Regional & Country-Specific Requests: Address ad hoc HR requests in line with local regulations.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years in People Operations within a UK organisation or HR shared services role. Experience with UK Payroll Inputs & System Management and Benefit Administration is required. Familiarity with ADP WorkforceNow and Sage is preferred. Candidate must excel in data reporting, audits, and possess strong organizational skills with proficiency in Excel. Collaboration across People, Payroll, Finance, and Legal functions is essential.
