About the Role

This is a fixed-term contract (estimated 6 months) to cover maternity leave within our Paid Search team. Reporting to a Paid Search Director, you will manage the day-to-day execution, optimization, and analysis of paid search campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will work across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Search Ads 360, utilizing formats including Search, Shopping, and AI-powered campaigns such as Performance Max, AI Max, and Demand Gen. This role is crucial in navigating the evolving landscape of search, with increasing automation and AI-driven formats.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage daily paid search campaign execution, optimization, and analysis across multiple clients.
  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns using Search, Shopping, and AI-powered formats.
  • Ensure accurate budget pacing, campaign delivery, and performance trend monitoring.
  • Analyze performance data to derive clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct core optimization routines, including search term reviews, bid/budget adjustments, and asset reviews.
  • Produce client-facing reports, insights, and presentations adhering to Jellyfish standards.
  • Support the development of campaign structures and testing roadmaps for improved performance.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across Data, Tech, Creative, and other Paid Media teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, building trusted relationships through proactive account management.
  • Contribute to innovation in paid search management, focusing on automation and AI.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Paid Search / SEA campaign management.
  • Strong professional French and English language skills are required.
  • Proficient in Google Ads; experience with Microsoft Ads and Search Ads 360 is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Search, Shopping, and AI-powered campaign types (Performance Max, AI Max, Demand Gen).
  • Familiarity with retail/lead generation models, product feeds, and Merchant Center is beneficial.
  • Comfortable with performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, revenue, conversion rate, lead quality, budget pacing).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics / GA4 and conversion tracking is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into recommendations.
  • Client-centric approach with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity about search evolution, automation, and AI in media.
  • Exposure to Paid Social platforms is a plus.
