Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon with fellowship training to join our growing, high-volume academic trauma program at our Level I Trauma Center. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a dynamic, collegial environment with the support of a fully accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.
Job Description
- Dedicated trauma and block OR time Monday–Friday
- 1:5 call schedule, with residents taking first call
- Postoperative clinic and resident support provided
- Dedicated APC support
- Approximately 320 operative cases per year
- Excellent infrastructure and collaboration across trauma, orthopedics, anesthesia, and critical care teams

Qualifications
- M.D. or D.O. degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Commitment to education, research, and excellence in patient care
