Clinical Responsibilities

As a Nurse Anesthetist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting preoperative assessments and formulating anesthesia plans.
  • Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients' vital signs.
  • Adjusting anesthetic levels and managing emergencies during surgery.

Leadership & Team Management

In your leadership role as a Lead Nurse Practitioner, you will:

  • Coordinate and supervise the clinical team for effective patient care.
  • Conduct utilization management reviews during high-volume situations.
  • Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations to clinical staff.
  • Develop and update departmental policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Facilitate team meetings and daily huddles with hospitalists and medical directors.
