We are looking for you as an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for our store in Vienna on Mariahilfer Straße to expand our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities with us:

  • In your store, you are responsible for achieving and maximizing your store sales targets, minimizing losses in the store, and personnel planning
  • You act as a role model and are responsible for fostering your employees
  • Together with your team, you ensure excellent customer service
  • You are responsible for your stock levels, ensure an appealing look for your store based on the guidelines of the JD Visual Merchandise Guide, and guarantee a constant flow of goods
  • You support the recruiting and onboarding of your new employees

What you should bring:

  • BE A LEADER – You enjoy taking responsibility for your store and already have management experience
  • You have completed vocational training in retail and ideally bring enthusiasm for fashion and footwear
  • You are open-minded and a communication talent
  • You have a basic understanding of store operations
  • You want to learn new processes and develop yourself further
