The Role

This role is rostered across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. As a Sales Assistant, your mission is to provide exceptional customer service that creates a memorable shopping experience and a lasting positive connection to our brand. You will be energetic, genuine, and customer-focused, offering personalized assistance to customers seeking the best products and biggest brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a brand ambassador, always showing positivity and professionalism.
• Gain and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to best assist customers.
• Provide personalized 1:1 customer service.
• Assist customers with all queries and process sales.
• Collaborate with management and store team to achieve KPIs and targets.
• Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks, including VM set up, store cleanliness, and presentation.
• Escalate any customer complaints to management.
• Consistently complete mandatory training relevant to product, policy & procedure.

What We're Looking For:

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar industry.
• Ability to provide excellent service and go above & beyond.
• Passion for sports fashion or knowledge of key brands.
• A positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Enthusiastic to overcome challenges and learn new skills.
• Strong communication skills and thrives through engagement with customers and teamwork.
