Role Overview: Administration Team Member

This role focuses on providing consistent administrative support for the Home Delivery Centre (HDC) to ensure effective customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team and stores to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage processes and systems including supplier book-ins, purchase orders, store replenishments and customer collections.
  • Coordinate processing of customer deliveries, orders, and store replenishment efficiently.
  • Adhere to compliance, safety standards and incident reporting requirements.
  • Maintain quality records management and data integrity.
  • Process online and commercial orders within defined timeframes.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pursue continuous learning through online platforms and other development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Year 12 education
  • Minimum 3 years warehouse experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Weekend availability
